They have shown that long -term consumption, even at low doses, contributes to reducing the incidence of tumors, in particular those of the gastrointestinal tract, ovaries or thyroid gland and inhibits the general aging of the body’s cells. Curcumin is a powerful antioxidant, reducing the signs of dementia, so the best results can be seen using it in preventive medicine.
